Ugh that second goal I remember vividly. Morrisey has that puck at the opposing blue line but has no pass and is getting pressured. He dumps it into the open corner. During picks it up passes it to Iaffalo how passes it to Vilardi. Samberg trips and gives Vilardi an open lane on the short side. I figure Helle has this shot but Vilardi rips it short side top cheese. Incredible shot.
Slot and top of the circles. Deadly.
Looks like a great replacement for Wheeler to me.

Guy was an absolute specimen for my fantasy team for the first few months of the season
He’s a shooter. Look at him shoot! And score. He shoots… he scores.
Kings fan here. Vilardi’s got sneaky good hands, is a big body at the net front, and has a high hockey IQ. If he continues on his current trajectory, he’ll likely start getting some Selke consideration in the coming years as well. Skating isn’t great and there’s injury history there, but I am sorry to lose him. Hope he works out well for you guys.
