  1. teammate and linemate of CURRENT Blue Jacket Adam Fantilli at Michigan!

  2. Maize and Blue (🤮🤮) Jackets. Kidding aside, I love this pick and all of our Michigan guys. This is gonna be a great team

  3. Should have been a mid – late first!

He was my #1 for this pick after last night!

  4. He’s going to be a fan favorite. A bit undersized but works hard every shift and is impactful on both sides of the ice. Should had been a 1st rounder if he was just a bit bigger.

  5. New best player named “Gavin” on the Blue Jackets. Mr. Bayreuther, please politely take a seat on another roster.

  6. I mean, the choices have been obvious, but kudos to Jarmo for not overthinking it. Fantastic draft so far. 😀

  7. Seems like the main question with this guy was whether or not Fantilli carried him last year.

    I guess we’ll never know.

  8. Best case scenario in this draft. Fantilli and Brindley both fall to us.

Brindley is one of the best skaters in the draft. If anyone goes to the dev camp, just watch his skating. Upper body always in balance, strong edges, good long stride. His dad is 6 ft so he still has room to grow too. When he adds strength and makes some little tweaks with his skating he’s gonna be an absolute burner. He’s a right handed Yanni Gourde. He’s got the potential to be really really good.

    Draft is already an A+
