In light of Ryan Mallett’s tragic passing. Let’s remember this throw.
That was a fucking piss missile
Mallett was extremely physically gifted as a thrower. There is a reason why he stuck around the NFL for 7 years. Turns out if you have talent you will get a lot of chances to see if you can do something with it.
Lots of less physically gifted guys wash out after a couple seasons on practice squads.
Those first 10 yards were literally a blur. Geez
That ball was still on it’s way up when it got to Hop. That’s the baseball equivalent of 104mph pure heater.
Not one of those little 88mm cannons either. Definitely a 155 sabot.
This is one of those throws the CPU makes in Madden when it’s down in the fourth that makes you scream at the screen. Ball literally disappears for 10 yards.
