1. He’s a pest, physical and can score goals. Perfect fit… it’s exactly what we need, but I think that a team will overpay.

2. “We like our guys” imo just means they’re not even thinking about big trades until the key contracts are sorted out. So maybe 🤔

3. He’s gonna get an 7×7.5 from someone not named the hurricanes. Now if that number creeps down towards 6.5…

5. dude practically makes Patches look like iron man. I would *love* to have him, and I think he’d be perfect for us, but at the same time, I doubt the FO goes for super injury prone people after the Patches saga last year, and I don’t blame them.

7. He’s had injury issues along with a thin market we’ll see a team overpay him in all likelihood. Idk about term either when we got almost the entire team expiring this season and next

8. Watching him on other teams, he’s annoying. If he was doing that for us, I’d say he’s a lovable pest.

9. Would’ve loved him at the trade deadline. Not interested in the $ and term he’d likely get – if it’s just for 3 or 4 years at limited money, maybe, I just don’t see him taking a contract that I’d feel comfortable with from our side
