  1. Gross. Not as terrible as some of the sleeve ads but ads on uniforms is gross and tacky.

  2. Sigh. I wouldn’t have ever thought the NFL of all leagues, with the insanity surrounding Super Bowl ads and everything else, would be the final holdout on keeping ads off the jerseys.

  3. This is horrible. These tacky ads are so unnecessary and ruin sports uniforms. I have a hard time believing that these billionaires are so cash-strapped that they need to sell and space on their jerseys to turn a profit.

When the Cavs had the Goodyear patch I let it slide because of the basketball history there and connection to the Rubber City. Also helped that it was pretty small and matched the uniform colors better. But The Guards went with Marathon? Couldn’t even get Sheetz?

  4. I feel like I jinxed it, I was wondering if we were one of the last teams without a dumb ad on their unis

  5. Dammit! I was so excited that both my baseball and hockey teams were holdouts on jersey ads up until this point. Only silver lining is that the ad isn’t as big or obnoxious as some of the other ones.

  6. It is better than the Astro’s “Oxy.” That makes me think it’s for Oxycodone.

  7. Marathon isn’t really local. Looks weird. Still better than the Kentucky Reds’ Kroger patch. That’s the worst in MLB, so far at least.

  8. Looks fine, ads on uniforms are very normal everywhere and it doesn’t detract from the jersey at all

  9. I don’t hate it. I don’t like it either, buts it’s one of the lesser ugly ads. At least the color scheme matches the uniform. If only the blue on the patch was a little darker.

  10. Will ticket or drink prices go down? If so, awesome! Otherwise, fuck this tacky bullshit

  11. Thanks, I hate it.

Could be worse, that’s for sure. But, like everyone else, I hate the tacky ads on jerseys.
