On another note, Say what you want about the team prioritizing “culture” but you can clearly see it. This team definitely has a mold right now…laid back, competitive, personable likeable dudes. Explains why everyone says the lockroom is in great shape.
Give me a strong culture vs a talent-filled personality-less team like the Leafs any day.
David, Suzuki, Caufield, Dach, Slaf, Guhle, Arber….this team is in good hands for years to come.
On another note, this kid is freaking huge on the ice.
Kid got some intangibles alright
I would like to see Suzuki come out and defend the kid at some point.
Can’t believe we drafted Julian Casablancas to the team, can’t wait to see what he can do for us!
