Awwww man our depth 🙁
I hope it’s more than the MLE would be a bummer if Boston refused to match the MLE
Awh that’s so sad. He was a fun player. Great add for Dallas.
There’s gotta be something more to this … No way we let Grant go for this
Hmm 🤔
Gonna miss him! Thank you Grant!
Looks like were keeping Brogdon…
Brad has to be cooking up something generational
Dang, Spurs won that trade. Unprotected 2030 swap just to eat ~$10M.
brad has to be cooking something
Alright Brad what are these picks going towards
We really couldn’t get more than a few 2nds? Massive oof
I love Brad and the moves he’s been making but not this one at all. Someone convince me otherwise
☝🏾what is Brad cooking ☝🏾
We’re just racking up SRPs, hope it turns into something. Grant is a great player
Brad has to be cooking something. We have a boat load of seconds
Damian Lillard straight up for 50 second round picks.
# WHO SAYS NO??
Hopefully he makes em both there
Goodbye Batman😢
I get the hope that Brad might be cooking, but there’s always a chance that this is just Wyc asking him to shed salary. I don’t think these extra seconds push the needle on any moves.
13M for our fourth best big would be steep
Getting rid of Grant while Giannis still exists makes me nervous
The dork knight we deserved but didn’t need right now
Brad microwaving some individual slices of cheese right now.
I’m gonna let Brad cook before I judge this trade
Oh fuck. We’re clearing room
I’m sad to see Grant go, especially after already losing Smart, but I’m not surprised by it either.
All the moves Stevens had been making this offseason had been leaving just enough space open to access the tMLE, but not enough to bring back Grant while staying under the 2nd apron. This was pretty expected in my opinion. Getting 3 2nds out of a RFA isn’t the worst thing in the world.
EDIT: 2 2nds and a 2nd round pick swap, not 3 2nds
Welcome to life under the new CBA. Keeping the Jays on supermaxes means that the rest of the team are a turnstile of second round picks
Marcus and Grant? This team just lost a lot of personality. Hopefully it lets Brad build a championship team, but I’m going to miss both those guys. Good luck, Grant.
Happy for him. Got a massive bag and now gets to be fed corner threes from Luka.
