We needed one run to walk it off in the 10th and used zero strategy to get it. Instead, we let our impotent offense swing away and left one of our fastest players standing on 2nd.

The silver lining is that at least Brandon Lowe didn’t play so I don’t have to read on here about how this loss is entirely his fault.

This fucken sucked. I am not excited for the next series. However, this is baseball. Take it for what it is, I hate it now, but my love for this team outweighs when we lose.
Well I found a silver lining last night because I was at the game but tonight, I can’t find one. That game, that series sucked. Kinda glad I’m working this weekend and can’t watch much.
The crowd was so much louder for the Phils…wtf. “Lets go Phillies” was drowning out DS and BA. Jesus Christ how embarrassing.
I mean what can you say, absolutely terrible babip luck today with seemingly every hard hit ball finding a glove, and their pitching just shut us down. Cant really be mad about thompson giving up the runs to lead to the loss since he was only in there because he was the last person available (assuming littell was unavailable due to pitch count yesterday) and he was only called up as a fresh arm for the bullpen day. Cant say i loved watching margots at bat in the 10th where we only needed to advance the runner, but whatever. Only up from here surely, this stretch has sucked but the dooming is hilarious – come on guys
Missed the last couple for the birth of my son…can’t say im missing any rays baseball right now.
I’m not so sad that we lost, I’m sad because it’s seems like we’ve just completely lost our identity.
This series was abysmal to watch because we just have looked lost at the plate with no gameplan, no strategy, nothing.
I don’t know what’s going on with the team, but they need to get their shit together with the Braves coming into town, cause the Braves are the epitome of a playoff team.
Nothing went our way this series. Definitely the least amount of luck we’ve had in a series all year but I doubt that will happen again. Rebounding with a series win against Atlanta would be huge. Let’s get a win tomorrow!

Someone needs to ask Cash how we could go onto the 11th 1-1 and end the game without Luke, Josh, or Brandon getting a single PA.

All-star break can’t come quick enough.
I tell myself all good teams go through a slump. That makes me feel better.
Like last year, I have doubts I really want to watch them play in KC. That’s the worst team in the league, but the Rays just look dead tired.
Maybe the break will help and going to the All-Star game will help our big 3 hitters break out for the rest of the year, and the others just need to rest themselves.
What I can for sure say was Brandon Lowe did well yesterday and they managed to bring it to extras today. Hope to start the next series off right tomorrow.
Remember when we were 13-0? Feels like the distant past the way we’ve been playin for like the last 2 months it feels like. Team just feels like the team last season that limped into the playoffs and went out with a whimper. Anyways, let’s go Rays!! I’m still pretty confident we’ll win the East still.
