State of the 2023 Tennessee Titans: Can Derrick Henry, Ryan Tannehill spark return to playoffs?

While I still think Ryan and Derrick have juice I don’t think they can overcome the lack of talent around them to make a run to the playoffs.
While the offensive line should be better than 32nd I don’t expect it to be top half of the league.
Also in regards to weapons in the passing game we’re placing all of our eggs in the basket of hoping a bunch of 2nd year players (Burks, Chig, and Phillips) make massive leaps in performances. I would feel a lot more confident with these weapons if the Titans didn’t trade up for Levis and instead stayed at 41 and took the best reciever on the board there.
Decent takes. Nothing that makes me think “hype-man”, and nothing that makes me think “just needed to write something”.
Yes both healthy and Burks healthy with possible DHop.Are defense is stout
