Newhook is a “Go Fast Eat Ass” kinda player. Very dynamic, solid impulse and goes all-in to do his thing. He’ll need someone more responsible with him but I think he’ll quickly show good flashes.
Newhook mentioned (multiple times) that he felt like he ‘deserved’ more ice time but never got it. Attributed it to his level of play but also just not getting real opportunities.
He knows he needs to show results, he’s got a chip on his shoulder and I’m excited to see how it’ll play out for him.
