I just finished watching yesterday’s game.
I love baseball but I also hate how easily the game can be stripped away from our hands. (Self sabotage yes. But the umps have been sucking too).
I mean I know it’s true for every team but it feels like it keeps happening to us lol
We could’ve won last night if a couple of things went our way… a strikeout that should’ve been called. An error that shouldn’t have happened etc.
Just 2 things and I honestly think would’ve won. But instead it’s another loss.
Hopefully we can change the mood today.
Last night I was at a bar watching the game. Visibly grimaced when Loup trotted out, then as soon as he gets yanked after predictably shitting his pants “Build Me Up Buttercup” started playing and I almost lost my mind
