  1. Cashman chooses to dumpster dive to fix our problems and claim we are waiting for the kids, so he doesnt sign big FA bats. then signs over the hill veterans and doesnt play the kids.

So yes, we have been saying it for years, cashman needs to go he is the main source of our problem.

We have no payroll space because hal wont keep giving 300 mil for a payroll. We have no tradeable assets, our farm is depleted. Our team is over the hill. Our approach to hitting sucks, our fundamentals suck. We npw have a patch on our jerseys. We are in last place meanwhile boone and cashman are staring us in the face saying this is a championship caliber team?? Go fuck yourselves. Fuckin sickening we now have an owner like the other billionaire owner fucks who only care about the revenue and not a single shit about winning. We have GM that has brought franchise from prime spot in 2017 to this shit. And that fuck has a job for life

  2. Well Sanchez regressed
    Severino couldn’t stay healthy
    Judge hasn’t been healthy
    Torres plateaued

Yankees didn’t spend their money wisely I stead waiting and waiting instead of grabbing players such as Wheeler.

  3. The only way that the Yanks are gonna win with Judge and Cole in their primes is if they sell this year and sign GOATani at all costs. Seriously. Just shut Judge down for the season. There is no point in rushing him back with this roster. And be willing to move anyone and everyone not named Judge/Cole.

Heck, if I’m Cashman, I’d look to pair Stanton and/or DJLM with prospects just to clear those contracts. Stanton with Jasson, DJLM with Peraza. There is no point in engaging in sunk cost fallacy. Just move those contracts off the books and go all-in on GOATani. It’s frankly the only way at this point. The window is wide open right now. Push those chips all in.

  4. I suggest new leadership is needed and I move for a vote of no confidence in GM Cashman.

  5. And that is why I refuse to give this team any more of my money until they actually act like the New York Yankees

  6. People will say Cashman and while I agree I also feel like not much will change until Hal himself changes

  7. I’m the first person to bash Cashman, but was that roster *really* “loaded with talented young players”?

Besides Judge and Sevy I can’t think of any others. Gary and Andujar were pure fool’s gold, and Frazier always sucked.

  8. Judge has really bailed the FO out over the past few years. Him carrying the team to solid finishes has allowed them to turn a blind eye to the clear deficiencies in the rest of the roster. This is the longest stretch of time Judge has been out in recent memory, and without him on the field the team is garbage.

  9. “The Yankees finish over .500 every year you ungrateful spoiled fans. If Cashman was fired every other team in the league would hire him in a minute!”- Michael Kay

  10. I know people are tired of river avenue blues’s pessimism but it should be a giant red flag the amount he’s been pretty accurate in his cynicism towards this years team.

  11. We gotta start bringing this up to the cucks like Michael Kay so he can try to explain how a team without Stanton, Rizzo, Judge in his MVP form and Gerrit Cole got further than any team Cashman has built since

  12. Hal seems a bit… off as a person. I think he has a lot of fear in doing anything on his own and Cashman is his safety blanket. The man is totally risk-averse and lives in his father’s shadow.

  13. It’s crazy how far behind they’ve fallen in such a short span. They should sell but who would anyone want? Trade bullpen arms and Bader and anything else anyone will take. They need a top down restructure

  14. The thing is that young team had a manager that held players accountable, knew how to use a bullpen and had won a title. So he gets fired and we get this.

  15. Sadly until it hurts their bottom line, nothing will change. They just added a patch of advertisement on the clean Hersey for a measly 25 mil per year. It just shows revenue is their most important objective. Hal is pleasing the shareholders and Cashman is keeping a “playoff” team on the field. I’m just so fed up as a fan.

  16. “I don’t understand why the fans are so upset.” – Hal Steinbrenner

  17. Their quest to never bottom out has led them to this point we’re they’re exceeding mediocre and have been for 13 years.

  18. Every team in the AL East is better positioned to make a World Series run in 2024 and going further than the Yankees.

  19. Making zero moves in 2019 when you were the best offense in the league and needed pitching help is far more egregious than anything Cashman has done this window

  20. Its simple.

We refused to call up players and sent them down when they were

Said players were also held hostage in AAA and werent used for trades

We didnt go after pieces, Harper being the biggest mistake

We tried too much to get cute with diamond in the rough players, causing an overpopulation in positions.

Changed approaches in players and went all in on a home run offense

  21. This is the first time Mike Axisa has been this brutal to the FO.

    Times are bad!!

  22. The only thing I disagree with is the ceiling of getting pantsed in the ALCS. At this point the ceiling is the ALDS (unless they face Minnesota in a previous round, then the ALCS is possible).

  23. Hal really should be torn here. He meets with his 2 superstars regularly and even if they don’t throw anyone under the bus it should be obvious when you have absolute dogs like them that the issue is elsewhere

  24. What players did we not keep in 2017 that we should’ve kept? We had a great year but none of those guys have put up great seasons elsewhere since then except for Sonny Gray.
