glad he could prove people wrong in his continual growth. Can’t believe people in his own fan base still actively undermine him. I get there’s a following for Kim and it can be annoying but being a hater to this day is just a sad look. Hope he keeps going strong in this clubhouse and wherever else he lands.

  2. As much as everyone is going to hate to hear it. I don’t see how he stays after next season. Boegarts filled his spot at SS and Cronenworth is not what you need from a first baseman, and he was just handed an unnecessary contract that ties us up for the next 7 years. Padres are most likely acquiring a career first baseman and moving Crone back to second and letting Kim walk when he inevitably exercises his player option.

This is the sad state of the organization. Preller has created a disorganized mess of unnecessary contracts for big names with no depth around them. This will probably be the reality for the next few years

  3. Man i love this fan base so much I’m super glad you’re all finally seeing how good of a player kim is, and how this ball club wouldn’t be a ball club without him. I wish the organization sees what we see in him and the folks on 97.3 the fan. I had to call out coach and let him know that without kim we wouldn’t be playing with heart. This guy deserves a contract before anyone in the club house and deserves what come to him.
