Well my mind just avalanched into also remembering Kendrys’ injury, and especially the sad losses of Adenhart and Skaggs. 😞

The list goes back so far it’s unbelievable. The Angels have a curse — his name is Arte.
2014 went the way it did not because of Richards’ weird injury, it went the way it did because all of the bats (trout included with his .083 BA) going ice cold. Special shout-out to Hamilton who didn’t register a single hit. Useless shitbag. Pitching actually held up and was fine largely.

Still remember how excited I was going to game 1. my last playoff game was when the white Sox won the pennant. Worst luck ever

I have been to the last 4 Angels home playoff games. 2 of them were in 2009.
It’s never been the same. They had so much momentum at that point.
