However, Hal Steinbrenner says he doesn’t understand why the fans are angry since there’s always 2025, and Brian Cashman says this is a championship caliber team once it’s fully healthy.

Normally when a championship contending team has a down year like in 2021, they make serious strides to rectify that so as to avoid having another season like that. Either by smart investments or rebuilding. The Braves are a fine example of this. They had a down year the year they won the World Series. They improved in ‘22 by making all the moves we should have and could have in positions of needs that we shared with them. Now the Braves are by far a serious World Series contender while Brian Cashman will say we just gotta get Donaldson healthy.
