  2. ❤thank you for being friends with Japanese and appreciating Shohei. I hope we can understand the differences and beat Japan hate and Asian hate. Racism is the worst thing in human history. Regardless of the race, good people can co-live peacefully. 🎉

  12. Ohtani brought it for the Yankees…. their interest in acquiring him just went up a notch. You know the Yankees motto, "if you can't beat him, acquire him".

  14. Otani is like Ichiro with a bigger body and more power.

    Because the only difference between Otani and Ichiro lies in their physical size.

    And, conversely, what they have in common is that they both received their baseball education in their respective schools' baseball clubs during their high school years in Japan with the aim of competing in the Koshien National High School Baseball Tournament.

    Japanese high school baseball does not teach the power-swinging hitting method as in the United States.

    This is because the players are still in their teens and their bodies are still small.

    In Japan, the main focus is on how to rotate the body efficiently and hit the ball to the sweet spot without letting the body's torso axis wander.　

    In terms of hitting the ball accurately at the sweet spot, they are both honor students and prodigies in the same way.

    The only difference between them is their body size.

    They are also similar in that they stoically focus their entire lives on baseball training.

I saw Neto hustle and get hit in in the face, some very nice arm work by Canning, Thaiss getting thrown out of the game, Ohtani flipping his bat after hitting yet another homer and Stefanik slapping that ball for the final hit! Now starting to feel that Halos really wanna WIN!

    Angels desperately need you.

    A lot of Angels fans want them to wear Angels uniforms all the time.

    Create a golden age for the Angels.
    You have a very positive influence on the young players.

    If you leave the Angels, the Angels will collapse.
    Astros and Rangers are very happy.

  20. I know they won but the Angel's team is absolutely dreadful. Sans Ohtani they would be at the A's/Royals level.

  25. I wish Ohtani can go to a team that can win it all in 2 or 3 years. If he stays with the Angels he's just wasting his career like Trout.

  26. It’s ridiculous that a team FIVE games over .500 during the month of July is in last place. This has to be an awkward feeling for both the Red Sox and Yankees, and neither team deserves this. The AL East is just too strong.
