As a Heat fan, I agree that the fanbase is annoying and feeling entitled esp since Dame chose Miami only. But I do believe that the organization is in no rush or does not have a feeling of emptying the roster for Dame only. Dame needs the Heat more than the Heat needs him. As a fan, I hope this deal doesnt push through. Im a team fan, not a player fan. And I love the young guys that we have and with Spo on the helm, Im confident with the teams future. There are only 2 real reason imo why Heat fans and probably the team wants to win now; that is to win Jimmy a ring, and another ring for Pat Riley for the last time before he retires and sail off into the sunset.
