Rizzo can’t hit, he should not be in the lineup. Something is going on with him mentally, in no shape to hit
Volpe batting 9th and Peraza batting 1st… Interesting. Also, Rizzo as DH = ??? what
Peraza then Torres makes perfect sense. Peraza can get on base, steal second then Torres can get a clean single = easy run.
I would rather honestly have Cabrera or Mckinney batting DH.

Hey the Yankees lost the last two games so they’ll probably win today cuz that’s how .500 teams do. Sure it’s possible the team can still go to the playoffs but it’s like when you have a class and your grade is based off 5 tests. You fail the first two tests, get a C on the third test, then really need to ace the last two tests to pass the class with a good grade. That’s how the Yankees playing right now.
I live on the WC and also have to endure the Angels broadcast since the Yankees one is blacked out for me, which just adds insult to injury.

this team has a massive OBP problem (and hitting problem in general), and Bader’s isn’t good, but that OBP problem doesn’t lie in your elite defensive CF who has a respectable bat.
your corner IF and OF need to be able to hit, and Donaldson was straight ass for months, Rizzo has been straight ass for months, we have no LF, and Judge hasn’t been playing.
I wish we could get more hitting out of Trevino too but i’m perfectly fine with C and CF just being elite gloves. other positions need to pick up the slack.
