1 Raptors player could benefit the most from Joe Wieskamp waive

TL;DR: Jeff Dowtin Jr
Masai the type of guy to waive Wieskamp and think Jeff Dowtin Jr is better. Dowtin is the one that needed to be cut.
Is Rondae a FA rn? I’d much rather see if Masai can grab him at Vet min as the 15 guy over Downtin
From a 3rd string point guard, jeff dowtin checked the boxes of 1) not making too many mistakes 2) solid, passable defense 3) generating a bit of offense
that’s kind of all you really can ask for from your 11th-15th roster spot and i don’t see anything wrong with giving him the spot since he showed steadiness last year
Are Toronto Raptors fans the only ones who want to see the 11-15th man get action?
Did wieskamp get waived because Dick basically does that role and is more worth development time? Yes probably
