Imagine Having this Big of an L Take

Imagine thinking Wayne Randazzo saying goodnight to the opposing team is MIDDLE OF THE ROAD in broadcasting. Oh and there’s also and Matt and O’Neal I guess. They’re pretty neat. They’re definitely all better than any ESPN broadcaster I’ve ever listened to.

  1. I don’t think I know a single fanbase that loves their commentators more than us. Another reason why you shouldn’t listen to national media, because they have their heads up their ass.

  2. I watched the Yankees cast for a little just for nostalgia (I’m on the east coast), and god they are so boring. So lifeless and only the most basic commentary with so many long pauses of nothing. I guess not terrible but very chill

  3. Did Matty and Patty bring down our score or what? Gubie & Wayne are great that’s why we dedicate a weekday for each. Gubie Tuesdays & Wayne Wednesdays are the best!

  4. Who was in the top 5? Like most people, I miss Victor and am annoyed by Patrick and Matty V, but Gubie and Wayne are excellent and fun

  5. I’m not a huge fan of Vasgersian so I could see him bringing the score down, but this is definitely a clown take. Gubi alone is a national treasure.

  6. Probably a homer opinion but I watch every other broadcast and I really find the Angels commentators to be the best mix of energy, entertainment, and analysis. It’s the perfect sweet spot; many commentators are missing on one of those three (especially energy).

  7. Wayne and Gubie are awesome. Part of the reason why I started watching the Angels more. I pretty much try to catch every Giants and Angels game that I can.

  8. I never really appreciated them until I got mlbtv and started checking out other teams broadcasts.

  9. I was surprised when I saw this too. Apparently had very few “A” votes. I think people just see anything Angels and automatically associate it with “bad”

  10. Love all of them except for o’Neal. He has zero chemistry with Gubi and isnt very good at it
