That Skinner giveaway against LA in the playoffs might have been one of the most unfortunately timed moments in recent playoff history. Broken stick, but not broken enough for it to be easily noticeable, tries to play the puck up the ice only for his stick to crumble beneath him.
That has to be crushing mentally for a young goaltender in that situation, but thankfully (like most NHL goaltenders) he managed to bounce back from it and eventually win that series.

Ive had three bad goals go by me when i played. Someone shot from center line and their blue line almost like that goal when smith got scored. I lost the puck in the crowd. Tried passing the puck without stopping it. Missed and went between my legs and in the the net. Last was a bank shot off back boards off my pad then in. I wasnt hugging the post. Lol.
