Field Yates on Twitter: The MRI on Lions S C.J. Gardner-Johnson revealed no structural damage to his knee and he is considered day-to-day at this time, I’m told. Great news for a huge part of Detroit’s reshaped secondary after Gardner-Johnson left practice earlier today.

  1. Any other year we would have been down a player. I wonder if our new turf played a role in him not having a more season ending injury. Either way I’m extremely grateful!! Let’s go lions!

  2. All these doom and gloom fans lamenting the lost season – like we didn’t win 8 of our last 10 without a revamped secondary

THIS AIN’T SOL YALL GET ON THIS FKN TRAIN AND GET SOME POSITIVE VIBES GOING WE BLASTIN OFF STRAIGHT INTO THE SUN

  3. Someone teach these Lions the idea is to go after the other teams kneecaps, not their own.

  4. They better be careful with him and take his time no need to rush him and play in in preseason we know what he’s an such good news

  5. The one thing I don’t think people realize is how lucky we were last year with health. We had a damn near complete roster going into week 18.

  6. They must have been being extremely cautious, because the cart suggested this was anything but minor.
