  1. Adam wainwright is back and is expected to pitch tonight.

Andrew Suarez joins the big league roster.

Zack Thompson and Ivan Herrera sent back to AAA.

Ryan Helsley is moved to the 60-day IL

  2. I’m so confused on the catcher situation. All situations regarding players for that matter.

  3. Makes sense…for now, because you need that 13th pitcher with the Waino going a few innings today. Herrera better be up after the deadline though

  4. So, with Helsley on the 60 day IL, what is the consensus on Hicks? Will the FO not be willing to trade Hicks?

  5. I heard that the Wainwright that appears tonight will actually be Wagner Group leader Yevgeny Prighozin in disguise. Ollie really had no choice given the rotation situation. Prighozin is available, in need of a place to sleep, and willing to do the sock stirrup thing.

  6. The Ivan Herrera era was over quicker than I expected.

Just makes no sense, he’s clearly more talented than Knizner.

  7. Really surprised they moved Herrera consider Kiz’s groin and the Willy’s hip issue. Helsley move is surprising. Guess he just doesn’t want to be traded?

  8. Mo has no clue what he is doing. And his opinion of Kniz is beyond baffling. He is bad defensively and offensively. But we will shit on Willson for being bad at defense.

  9. Mo better have a stellar next two weeks planned. Publicly committing to Herrera as backup and then sending him down a week later is exactly in line with what I expect of this team right now

  10. Aw man, my prediction that Herrera will be the starting catcher for the cardinals for the next 16 years was wrong.

  11. Two pitchers in one transaction? Why, this is like making a trade to bolster your rotation for the stretch run!
