It boggles my mind for how good everyone is at their job as football analyst you’d think that they take reputation of franchises and past season outcomes of consistency the bills lost 4 super bowls in a row you really think they’ll do something ever then the bengals when ever they get good they go and choke a Super Bowl and fall off tremendously I’m just saying that history does matter even tho it doesn’t repeat itself and coaching does matter and not many teams have coaches that motivate their guys with determination to get the job done and win Super Bowl and there’s only few of them in the nfl that are like that

  20. Bill. The entire offense was trash last year, due to Matt Patricia who was Bill Belichicks fault. If Bill can’t develop and win without Brady, it’ll expose him

  21. One if “fails” could retire and enter the hall of fame as the greatest coach of all time. The other would be labeled as a bust before a second contact. You tell me.

I’m convinced that the people who don’t think billy b is the problem with the current patriots are just a bunch of old heads living in the past or a bunch of 12 year olds that don’t know football. Keyword is CURRENT! Not 2000s, not the 2010s, current. He’s an old defensive coach who is trying to coach old school in a new school nfl, that stuff doesn’t work anymore. He keeps tackling free agency like he’s waiting for teams to fall apart and the big names will sign with us for less money because we’re the Patriots and we won 6 rings

  26. They're both under pressure but Mac is under more immediate pressure. He needs to play well from the first game of the season to show that the problem last year wasn't him, it was that cluster-f*ck of OCs that Bill saddled him with. If he plays well and the Pats still don't make the playoffs, then Bill would really be on the hotseat.

    My guess is that if Mac doesn't play very well those first two games, you'll see Zappe starting the third game.

  27. Macs going to have a yr again like his rookie yr.. The Patriots will not pick up the option for 30 million, and he will hit free agency. I can see him taking over QB in Minnesota. I bet he'd be a beast in the dome

  28. Belichick should NEVER be considered among the greatest Coaches! One thing stands out, none of the other Coaches mentioned were caught MULTIPLE times cheating.

  29. Mac is obviously under more under pressure. Bill has time till he passes all time wins as a patriots coach. Mac has this year to figure it out.

  30. Too bad Mac didn’t receive proper coaching and guidance during year two. BB sabotaged the entire team but especially Mac. While you see other coaches like at The Panthers nurture their young QB. BB left MJ just hanging.

  31. mac is under more pressure. i still see alot of pats fans wanting zappe to start over him. so mac has to play perfect every week. bill knows no matter what he is getting the record.
