  2. are we going with a 6-man or is this a temporary thing to get Curry and thor up to snuff?

  4. Who gets optioned for Thor? If I’m not mistaken it will have to be a pitcher because we’re at the max. Probably Kelly if I had to guess, Norris being LH I think makes him more valuable right now.

  6. I feel like we didn’t need SP/Syndergaard;

    We have Beiber, Bibbee, Allen, Curry, Civale, Mckenzie, Gavin.

    I know not everyone is healthy, but Thor makes 8 starting pitchers.

    It’s also going to be very hard (for *us*) to fill in for Ahmed offensively.

    We traded off a middle infield logjam for a SP logjam but didn’t get any offensive return.

  7. First game back in a while will be against the Houston lineup then. Some of the Astros big bats are just now returning. Noah certainly will not be getting an easy one to come back to.

  9. Me when reading this: “Well that’s lovely that we’re getting Noah up and going so quick. Maybe he can have a nice easy first opponent to get his confidence going.”

    Me after checking the schedule: “Oh… oh no”

  10. Really wish they wouldn’t have wasted Curry for an inning. Basically guaranteed they’re only getting 3 out of him Friday when they could have tried to stretch him for a little more to help the bullpen.
