Is Steph Curry’s Top Performance Due To A Load Management

Steph Curry himself said that he still feels like he’s in the prime of his career after 15 seasons in NBA.

His last season stats of 29.4 points, 49.3% shooting from the field (and 42.7% for three), for sure back up his claim.

> “I know there’s this load management conversation, and a lot of that falls from the narrative perspective on the players like they don’t want to play 82 games.

>That’s not it,” Curry continued.

> “There’s smart, professional, well-studied individuals that prepare athletes to play not just now, but for years and years and years and years, and perform at a very high level.
>
>That’s why going into my 15th year, I feel as fresh as I’ve ever been.”

We know Steph Curry is an amazing player and looks like smart too – for using methods like load management, to keep him playing at peak levels for so many years.

What are your thoughts?

Is his top performance after all these years due to smart training and using methods like load management or is he simply one of the rare gems with unique physique?

  1. In my opinion Steph Curry is one of the best NBA players with great genes.

And at the same time also a smart player for willing to use/try every possible method to prolong his career – like load management.

A true and well deserved Hall Of Fame player.
