  1. This man is really gonna be robbed of 3 consecutive AL MVPs by Aaron judge and his juiced baseballs

  2. No thanks, saw it in my nightmares last night

Yet still woke up pitching a tent

  3. The sign held up by the woman shown just before he hit his 38th homer said she came all the way from the region Shohei was born and raised in. The day she came to watch Shohei play was the day on which Shohei had the best day in the history of baseball. What a lucky woman!

  4. He’s going to throw a no-no and hit for the cycle in the same game, isn’t he?

  5. As a huge Angels fan and Ohtani fan ofc I like to imagine he knew it was my birthday yesterday. What a gift lol

  6. Angel bros where’s Wayne at? Been watching your highlights and I feel like I haven’t heard him making calls for a few days.

  7. 1:52 the replay really makes you think the on-deck guy is the batter and Shohei randomly decided to pitch into the 1B dugout.

  8. everytime you think he reached his full potential he comes up with something more insane.

  9. I’m legitimately out of superlatives for this guy. Don’t know what else you could possibly say about him at this point. He’s essentially an anime protagonist now, just on a different level than anyone around him.

  10. Is it just me or does it look like he short arms the ball as he’s pitching? Doesn’t seem like he gets full extension back. Hope his arm holds up long term.

(This could be outdated information. I was always told as a kid to reach back to 2nd base so that I don’t short arm)

  11. I briefly entertained giving you a thumbs down because I thought the video didn’t work but then I realized I never clicked and opened the post.

  12. And amazingly with such talent as this and Trout the Angels still can’t even muster anything close to a playoff run.

Absolutely mind-boggling how that FO has botched the careers of the most talented players in the MLB.

I for one think it is a massive disservice to the sport as a whole to have Trout and Ohtani out of the post season every year. Imagine the spectacle. Imagine the moments.

But nope. They will go home early as they always have. Damn shame
