I would prefer Nunn or Sumner, someone who could be playable and fill a need
I’d have preferred a backup PG but what’s available isn’t worth messing up the chemistry Thanasis brings to the team. We are in an era of positionless basketball so I’m sure someone can take over ball handling duties when Giannis and Jrue sit. Probably split between Jackson and Green.
Honestly he is a great player on the bench the energy he brings can not be replaced and it shows that we want giannis to be happy and so this is great for all parties. I think this can also lead us to finding and improving skills on our current roster asking them to step up a little or at least in the guard position, though I would have like to see one of the holiday brothers join us

Grayson or Pat are going to be traded for a back up point guard. I know ot was t good last year but I hope it’s Grayson Allen

With no cap space, I was really thinking that the last spot would be filled by a backup PG who can put up 30/10/10 every night. Oh well.
I genuinely love Thanasis. Using the last roster spot to help keep the franchise cornerstone happy is far from the worst idea.

I am guessing it’s because he wants to actually get minutes but I would be way more interested in rostering Kostas than Thanasis.
They seem very similar as players except Kostas is just taller and younger. I am really interested to see if they go through all the brothers at some point, go from Thanasis to Kostas for a few years, then Alex if he develops some more.
