I don’t think it’s the hitting coach that’s the problem. Their offensive numbers are great except for RISP & HRs.
It’s the lack of mental toughness when hitting in big moments. The crumbling under pressure. Maybe time for a new team sports psychologist?
This is a problem that’s plagued this team for years in clutch games. Only difference is it’s happening all the time. It’s not a talent issue, just some sort of a mental block that they gotta work through.
