Wonder how he got involved/selected for this but pretty cool to see
If everyone throws in a dollar I’ll sacrifice myself to get dunked on by Ant
I’d definitely do it if I was local
First to 2 baskets wins. I’m sure he would score that in 30 seconds against 95% of most of the public.
Ooo I can pay 350 to be be destroyed by a millionaire! Sounds super fun and a great use of money.
I’d rather go against an older guy. Good chance you can sneak a layup or jumper on them before their knees loosen up. Just like that CEO who got 3 layups on MJ lol.
On the one hand, it’s a fun opportunity. And athletes have a limited window to maximize their earnings so I get it from a business perspective.
On the other hand, Simons will likely earn north of $200m over his career and no matter how many $350 games of 1-on-1 he sales it’ll have marginal impact on his bottom line. And only kids whose parents can afford it will have this opportunity.
Ideally he’d have some sort of raffle so there’s an opportunity for less privileged kids to do it for free while others can pay their way into this if they choose. And perhaps a charitable element where a portion of the proceeds are donated.
Lmao ant is a lights out 3 point shooter
Since he plays no defense I might actually have a chance.
