    IKF singlehandedly trying to make me like the Donaldson trade. If the roster was constructed better, he would be an excellent 10th/11th man like we had on our championship rosters

  5. The redemption ark of this man is unlike anything I’ve ever seen on the Yankees. After Cole and Judge, he’s like the next most likable Yankee.

  7. IKF the outfielder, the third baseman, the pitcher, the lead off batter… and maybe even catcher one of these days… lives up to his nickname, the Hawaiian Hustle, for sure!

  8. Some newbie questions – How long is IKF contracted with the Yankees for? How much is he on/what is his approx value (is this arbitration value?) And do you think he will be resigned with the Yankees?

  9. Dude has definitely done everything he can for this team and improved quite a bit. I’m no longer in the camp that was annoyed he is here.

    Being a Yankee is different and comes with a lot of eyes and judgement. When someone is able to get past that and perform well, the fans will love them forever.

    Though current ownership and management is changing what the “Yankee” way is.

  10. I was watching ESPN yesterday when Stephen A gave his reason why he wants IKF to go, and it made me realize that ESPN is just a trash network.

  13. Yankees fans are the Leo DiCaprio pointing meme this year. Everyone was down for utility IKF last year, but he became the defacto face of Brian Cashmans fuckups as the starting SS. This year, he’s doing the thing we all wanted him to do, and we are just pointing and saying “Look what happens when you do the common sense move and not try to big brain every little fucking thing!”.

  16. “It was a sign of relief” is going to be made into a sign and replace the DiMaggio “I want to thank the good lord for making me a Yankee” sign. Add a corporate sponsor on the new sign too.
