People who have success at a young age are almost always narcissistic. They just don’t have any self doubt….and they almost always become laughed-at memes who flame out.

Eh, makes sense if the going theory is that he’s giving the current core 2 years to prove themselves capable of contending, and if not, they’re being moved. Figure out what you’re working with in this team and THEN hire a GM to fix this, especially when better dudes exist out there than are currently available
