How fortunate are we that, upon hearing the news that we’ll be seeing the return of one of the best broadcasters in the game, I’m actually a little disappointed at the prospect of hearing less from our guys who were filling in? Matt Hicks, and especially Jared Sandler, have done a hell of a job so far this season. I hope we continue to hear from them, and am stoked to have Eric Nadel back!
The Rangers are very happy to announce that Hall of Fame broadcaster Eric Nadel returns to the air on the club’s radio network TONIGHT when Texas hosts Miami at 7:05 pm. He has missed the entire 2023 season while addressing mental health issues. Welcome back, Eric!

Him and Lewin are my favorite baseball commentators. Glad he is back!
Hell yeah!
Love Hicksy and Sandler but it’s always great to get the GOAT back in the booth!
Can’t wait to hear the first “that ball is history” of the season.
They really need to fix the radio stations in the stadium now. The only way to listen is 105.3 and there is delay, the listed stations for real time just do not work.
LETS GOOO so happy for Nadel
FUCK yes!!! Now I’ve gotta figure out how to delay my radio to sync with my TV. I really wish there was a way to simply select which broadcast you want while watching a game.
Outstanding!
He was just waiting for Scherzer to get here. Welcome back!
Hallelujah.
HUGE
Glad to see Nadel is back, awesome awesome person.
Oh my goodness that makes me very happy!

I can’t wait for him to paint a picture of the game in my mind like Rembrandt.
Hicks and Sandler are awesome but it’s hard to replace a legend. Excited to hear his detailed descriptions of the uniforms again
Can’t wait! For years I’ve been listening to him call games and I’ve been missing his voice all season
I actually have a commitment until after 7:30. Disappointed I can’t catch the whole game (like when you miss time with a friend. LOL)
