[Schefter] Eagles signing two linebackers to one-year contracts: former Steelers’ LB Myles Jack and former Titans and Texans LB Zach Cunningham. It’s similar 2-for-1 as to when the Eagles signed two DTs, Ndamukong Suh and Linval Joseph, on same day last season.

  1. I know he isn’t as good as he used to be but I love the myles jack signing. One of my favorite players during the sacksonville seasons.

  2. Nakobe should be fine, they like being cautious in training camp. This is a much needed addition and should provide some depth & competition in our LB room

  3. Nakobe dean is going to be our green dot LB. I’m pretty sure his job is safe. This is mostly on Marrow, and they’re fighting for spot 2

  4. From what I’ve heard from the reporters at camp LB was by far the weakest spot on the roster. I’m not surprised they went out and did this.

  5. I hope Nakobe is okay, but this was needed even if he was alright. I like a Christian Elliss or a Nick Morrow but neither of those guys should be starting full-time for a defense that’s trying to get back to where they were last year.

  6. Considering our LB depth consisted of multiple late round picks with almost zero NFL snaps, I see this as an absolute low risk, high reward. I’ve always liked cunningham and Jack.

  7. I really hope I’m wrong but I don’t think this precautionary for deans injury.

I think Dean and Marrow haven’t played well in camp. I want Dean to be that guy but I’ve heard a lot of mixed news from him in camp. Hope he turns out to be a stud though.
