I suspect that players have been complaining and Ron got word the story was coming so he got in front of it. Props to him for that. When it comes to Eric I got to see n hear it with my own eyes n ears at mini camp a few weeks ago. On 2 plays guys goofed up he went off. Used colorful language and then made them do it again. We were standing about 60 yards away and we could hear every word. What was funny was there was a young lady that worked for team walking by us as he was doing his thing and she looked at us and said oh no he couldn’t talk to me like that. When I reminded her of their salaries she said well now that you mention that he could talk to me like that. 😂

Ron wants his defense to be the carrier of this team. Eric wants this offense to be the carrier of this team…both are right! Ron just has to trust that Eric is not gonna hurt guys but he is gonna push them harder than before. If I'm a offensive player I'm excited to be pushed hard and held accountable for my actions. Ron wants everything his way. When you hire a guy like Eric you have to let him lead his way. I don't think Ron is all the way right in the head. He has done soooo many questionable things during his tenure that a seasoned HC should not be making.
