The Bears Instagram has been phasing it out for a year now. Almost all posts have been made with the Bear head.
Traditionalists will disagree with this, but I always thought the C looked like a toilet, so I’m fine with the Bear head taking over.
Hope that as long as they are in Chicago, and playing on that chicago field, they use the C for midfield. The field sucks and before the game even starts, if they paint the New Primary, it wont even be there.
I like the C for helmets. Slap that bear face on everything else though

I wouldn’t be surprised if they tweak the (newly) primary logo in the coming years as well, depending on how this is received. Just a little update to add definition.

We need a ‘Bear Paw’ logo where the claws look like the silhouette of all Chicago’s skyscrapers (Sears Tower / Hancock / Crains etc)
I think Reddit page needs to also change their logo
Seems like a pretty insignificant change. The C on the helmets isn’t going anywhere. The mid field logo change could be refreshing but other than that.. I only see this changing some of their marketing which already heavily incorporated the bears head
Ok we just got one last year but having alternate/helmet with this logo would be really cool
I hope it’s not true because then the only tattoo I have on my whole body of my very favorite only NFL team I love wouldn’t make as much sense. Because I have the Chicago C on my upper right arm.

It might be, ESPN and the official NFL site are both using the bear head logo now (though some places on NFL.com still use the C)
Hope so. Wishbone C is used by a few other pro sports teams and is dated look… Much prefer the livelier option.
