  14. Sprong is a known asshole, so this checks out. Obviously I have no way of knowing if Demelo’s story is true, though.

  19. Completely unrelated as I’ve never looked what Sprong looks like. The guy is the roughest looking 26 year old I’ve ever seen.

  24. I feel like theres definitely more to this story, it’s only one side of it.

    I doubt, despite Sprong’s off ice reputation that he’d just randomly kick the piss out of an indy car driver. Something must’ve happened.

    However if this IS just Sprong deciding to go ballistic on this poor dude he needs some serious punishment and some serious help.

    Guess we gotta wait until theres a court decision tho…

    did the Wings ever do anything with that Veleno incident at WC, or was it just left with the IIHF suspension?

  28. Stunning & brave, stunning & brave. No. How about he just file a police report instead of whining publicly to his 45,000 followers about it? For all we know he could be twisting the truth as all stories have two sides to them (which could constitute defamation if Sprong is innocent).

    Speaking of stories checking out, we should probably hear Sprongs side before jumping to conclusions. This could have been just a bar fight that DeMelo lost.
