Well, Spillane is a linebacker, but same.
Also Purdy is coming back from injury and the rest of SFs QBs suck… so don’t get to high or low.
I remember the season that I got all jazzed up about us going 4-0 in preseason.
We then went on to win two games and be one of the worst offenses in the modern history of the NFL.
I’m glad the defense is looking good but I will with hold my jubilee until I see a lot more.
Eh, I don’t do camp hype. Every training camp it’s the same bullshit “they are looking SO much better on defense!” And then the regular season comes and we’re allowing 6,000 yards as the league’s 26th ranked defense.
Yes I’m jaded, I’ll believe it when I see it in the regular season though.
I will hold my excitement until after the bye week.
Nope not hopeful even in the slightest. It’s calming (I’m gaslighting myself every day to not get hyped for my mental health)
