I somehow watched all 18 innings of that
I am not having fun.
I feel as empty as our team
This is a tank > 🎽
34-3 so far and there’s 1 game left. What’s the Mets record for worst run differential in a series? We may set a record.
Vogelbach is the total sum of the offense so far this series
Why are you guys still going to games lol
this isnt the post game thread, but the post mortem thread.
This team is the most epic pile of shit I’ve ever witnessed.
The “tanking is good!” Folks won’t be saying this when Alonso asks for a trade because he’s tired of putting up with this bullshit
this stinks and everyone dunking on us i hate seeing the olayers upset sure they make a buttlod of cash but its not fun to los
how about that % improvement over game 1
The Mets just set the record for the worst run differential in a double header in the history of Major League Baseball
Someone better be in there everyday explaining to Senga and Pete that this is just another month and a half.
Braves fans not giving me any awards? Cheap bastards!
The tank rolls on.
AAAA is too much of a compliment for this “team”
The game tomorrow night is on ESPN.
Gives most of us even more of a reason to not watch.
I don’t even know what to say anymore. Biggest disappointment in MLB history? At least top 3.
What a disgrace this team is.
The Queens Metssacre.
I don’t even know if this replicates how the Red Sox felt in 1978 and 2006 because those 2 teams were competing for the playoffs. We’re competing for the bottom of the division.
Any Met fan seriously believe Ohtani would play for this shit? FU Steve Cohen, Buck, Eppler, and every coach except for Joey Cora.
And a BIG FU to Lindor and Alonso.
The Oakland Athletics have more wins against the Braves in 2023 than the Mets do.
In case you wanted more reasons to be angry at just how horrific this season has gone.
Nicholas Cage in Leaving Las Vegas time
Realistically will we ever be able to compete with Atlanta?
They need to figure out why every slump turns into a 2 month downward spiral for every hitter. That shit has to stop next year.
I just texted my father and asked why he didn’t try harder to make me a Yankees fan. He’s a Yankees fan.
I’ll be at Citi tomorrow.
Like I’ve said in other threads and was downvoted
Core of this team is rotten , no leadership and not winners
Trade Alonso, Lindor and whoever else we can and start over
I’m heartbroken. A year ago there was such optimism at this point. I’ve been a fan since 1982. They lost the World Series during my wedding in 2000. I’ve planned every family vacation around this team since then. I was able to catch every single game from 2006-2008. 2015 felt like a pipe dream, turned into a nightmare. This year is worse than the entirety of the ’90s. Fucking hell.
I can’t wait until the day Jeremy Barnes is fired
We lost 3 straight games by football scores. Which is genuinely more impressive than winning a single MLB game.
Mets are now .5 games from last place.
Is anyone else drunk and laughing at a mirror right now?
