Hello fellow Halo fans! My birthday is in a few weeks and I was considering getting a jersey from the team as one of my gifts, so I wanted to get some feedback on what jersey to get 🙂 If I did end up getting one I’d probably go with the City Connects since they’re my favorite uniform they have right now, but I wouldn’t mind getting the home whites since a [trustworthy website](https://jerseystore2000.com/collections/los-angeles-angels-nike-mens-jerseys) has them with the front numbers as well.
Anyway here are the choices:
Trout-The face of the team and the safest choice, he’ll be around for a while so I don’t have to worry about him leaving.
Ohtani-The coolest player on the team right now, but obviously he might leave. I know a ton of people have an Ohtani jersey and will still wear it if he leaves, but I’d feel silly knowingly buying a jersey the moment before he leaves.
Estevez-Honestly, he’s my favorite player on the team right now. Between the 23/23 saves to him being a fan of Dragon Ball, I really enjoy watching and following him on his socials. However this is the riskiest choice since he’s nowhere near as popular as Trout or Ohtani, and if he were to leave next season or after I’d be left with a jersey of a player who most people won’t remember or care about.
Blank-I can’t get attached to a jersey of a former player if it never had a player’s name to begin with. Obviously this solves the problem pretty easily but obviously it would look pretty boring.
And then there’s the option to just not buy a jersey since I rarely am able to go to games and even when I just hear about Angels games I am filled with misery, even if this is my first season following baseball.
