Somehow they actually held the Astros to 1 run and won. Silseth is really starting to seem like the real deal, suddenly that talk from the Braves doesn’t just seem like fluff. Hope he can work on the stamina in the offseason though. Silseth could be huge for us going forward if he stays consistent. AAA coach and/or pitching coordinator is a legend. LTBU

Chase “The Ace” Silseth
2 games ago, someone in the GD thread said that 3 runs isn’t sufficient for a win. Today, 2 runs were sufficient and that’s all because of good pitching.
Wasn’t Silseth one of the pitchers that was sent to AAA, came back and has been dominant ever since? If so, I’m 100% in favor of promoting some of the SLC pitching coaches to the Angels.
ChAce Silseth has blown through the Yankees, Braves, Mariners and Astros for a 1.59 ERA in his last four starts. DAWG.
