Jonathan Taylor is expected back at Colts training camp this week. But first, a couple notable points: 1) Taylor’s position has not changed: He still wants to be traded. 2) He has communicated to the team that he’ll practice/play only when he is 100%.

On the one hand that makes sense. On the other I’m reading between my interpretation of the lines which is a la Kawhi Leonard
The problem is teams are going to want to watch him play to see his health before offering anything.
If this is a hold out then I think JT underestimates just how committed Ballard is to paying out contracts. It’s all in escrow.
If they’re truly committed to manufacturing leverage then they’re going to lose in the long game.
He must have something other than a high ankle sprain. It doesn’t take 10 months to recover from.
At this point, I don’t want to read/hear his name anymore. I’m done with the drama. Let’s move on with what we have, for better or worse. After all, realistically this is a development year for AR. That’s what matters.
How’s he gonna get a team to trade for him if he can’t pass a physical?
Plenty of my “favorite players” regardless of sports have come and went. So be it.

I’m ready to just trade him. Don’t want to play for the team then go imo. Not into the drama players. Sad because he was a household favorite until this.
His agent is reaching at this point
Won’t he be a restricted free agent at the end of the year? Meaning if another team does sign him, and gives him the contract he wants we will still get good compensation for him
If he really wants to be traded, it’s well worth it for him to ball out this year. It’ll make other teams comfortable sending picks for him. Being injured and not playing won’t.
This ain’t the NBA, dawg.
Fuck this dude. Trade him for the best offer and be done with it. Let his agent torment another team. It’ll be funny to see Deon take the reins and get 1k.

So Richardson looks pretty good behind center.
I don’t spend a ton of time on social media outside of Reddit. Has his reputation taken as much of a hit as it seems to have on this sub? Guys hold out every year, but this whole thing feels uniquely personal.
