We are running out of ways to say that this team is fucking terrible, and fucking unwatchable.
Boone said in his post game presser tonight that our base running blunder problem is probably in lower half compared to rest of league. I’ve watched 40 years of baseball and I don’t remember ever seeing this many mistakes. They make two or more mistakes every game.
This is the kinda stuff that makes me not care if Boone stays. You have a horrible roster, fine. But don’t shit in my hand and tell me its gold.
They’re old and large and have AAAA players trying to do too much and started 2 kids this year and one of their only players in his prime is Gleyber Torres. So yeah no shit. Almost surprised it’s not lower.
