I remember going to TwinsFest 2010 there. It felt the same as always, as if I’d be back in a few months for a game–but I knew I wouldn’t. Very strange.
Constructive feedback: I think the light banks were larger. Also, by the time KFAN was a sponsor, I *think* that 90s-style VIKINGS blocky logo was out of use. Didn’t they just have a block MINNESOTA in the end zone to make switching to the Gophers easier? Or was it the “Vikings” script logo? Can’t remember.
And I think they had a center logo–can’t remember if it was the Helga head or the NFL shield with “hamburger”.
I think there was always some kind of logo at each 30. In 1994 it was the NFL75 logo, but I can’t remember what else.
I miss this place.

Seeing that little blimp reminded me of the time I was young and wanting it to drop a prize. I was waving my arms and body wildly and ended up tripping and rolling down 4-5 rows of empty seats ( I think it was pre season pregame). I think it did drop something that I gave to my grandfather.
