[Shams Charania] The Dallas Mavericks are promoting Senior Director of Pro Personnel Matt Riccardi to Assistant General Manager, sources say. Riccardi, a Dallas area native, spent 13 years as an executive in Brooklyn before joining the Mavericks in 2022.
