Saw him play 1 time…he hit a line drive rope single at Fenway Park to the right center field wall that had barely any arc.
I was born in 81 and I watched a bunch of Bo Jackson including his cartoon with Gretzky and Jordan that everyone thinks I’m making up.

Bo is the best athlete I’ve ever seen. Injury ruined what could have been the person at the top of sports Mount Rushmore.
Would have been a football hall of famer if not for his major injury. He ran over guys that other running backs had no chance against. As for baseball, possibly 300 homeruns and 300 steals if it wasn’t for the major injury. Major pop and speed.
there is a really good doc about him on hulu or netflix or something I just watched it. I’ve been to a royals game he played in but was like 3yo. Absolute legend of an athelete. Let see Ohtani put up 100 yards rushing in the NFL lol
I still remember Bo Jackson’s epic shitfit in some mid 90s game against the mariners wich incldued throwing things from the dugout onto the field. Somehow it was diff than when he broke the bat over his head
