Everyone else a full go. Looks like the eagles had a lot more injuries then we even realized against the browns

3. Justin Evans got almost all of the first team reps next to Blankenship. Don’t get that. He hasn’t looked great in the preseason or in practice
4. Slay deflected a hurts pass then picked it off before it hit the ground and dragged his toes
5. The next play Jalen Carter swatted a hurts pass at the line of scrimmage
6. Josh sweat screamed off the edge for a sack
7. Devon Allen fried Goodrich and Kvon Wallace deep for a 40 yard TD. Throw from mariota was good
8. No third team reps at all today
9. Nakobe Dean and Zach Cunningham were the sole first team LBs
10. Hurts hit goedert for a 25 yard TD in 7v7s. Elliss couldn’t get a hand on it
11. Second team offense vs first team defense… mariota picked off by James bradberry
12. Once again Bradberry worked in the slot with Jobe outside. Seems to be a very possible scenario if Maddox goes down
13. Mariota looked deep for Devon Allen again but it was swatted
14. Sweat was in coverage and broke up a mariota pass to calcaterra
15. Dickerson got shaken up but did come back later in practice
16. With Cox out Jalen carter got all the first team reps and was disruptive

18. Mario Goodrich is the new second team slot corner with McPhearson done
19. Kenny Gainwell was the sole first team RB
20. Blankenship almost picked off a hurts pass to goedert. Great closing speed to get to the ball
21. Hurts has loved throwing to goedert this summer. Probably his favorite target
22. Milton Williams had a good bull rush on Julian Good Jones in 1v1s
23. Jordan Mailata stonewalled Janarius Robinson
24. Dennis Kelly had a good rep vs Tarron Jackson
25. Cam Jurgens had a good win vs Marvin Wilson
26. Nakobe dean made a couple nice plays in practice as a run defender and in coverage

Once Slay retires, I’m happy we drafted his replacement in Jalen Carter.
I don’t like to be sensationalist and I know this is the time to be trying things out but it just keeps reminding me how much is riding on our two new coordinators. Carter in drop back is fun and games until I’m slammed with the PTSD of Gannon *literally* using Cox in drop back coverage against Brady in the post season 2 years ago. Evans at starting safety, Bradberry at slot#2, literally everything about our STs, it’s a bit weird.
Siposs is going to cost us a game this year
