Skill and Success Lebron, but Culture UD
If wade never played for us neither does lebron and who knows about shaq. I feel like too much changes in this hypothetical, better way to ask the question is simply who’s the 2nd greatest player in franchise history and I think that’s an easy Lebron followed by Jimmy (based on objective quality of player and results), or Haslem followed by Jimmy (based more on intangibles like culture/ importance to the city)

Thing is, if Wade never played for the Heat, then plenty of these guys, if not all of them, would’ve never played for Miami also.
BUT, taking Wade out of the equation just for conversation sake, if we’re talking about longevity, culture and Heart&Soul it’s probably Butler. But if we’re talking about Raw Talent and accomplishments then it’s Lebron. Prime Lebron was unstoppable, and with Jimmy we only get MUI Jimmy when everything is stacked against us.

If Himmy wins one:
Wade > Himothy > LeBron > Bosh
Well, LeBron would most likely not be here and most likely Jimmy Butler as well. So, my vote would be Alonzo Mourning
