The Texans sideline is the one with 102:111. While there might be a few more opposing fans on the opposite side, I would still expect it to be mostly Texans fans and not too different from elsewhere in the stadium.
101-112, they run out of tunnel in 112/113

101-120 would be considered Home side/Bull Pen (Home end zone)
I sat in 123 for the dolphins game and that was visited side. I’m a fins fan so I take it any of the rows up too 100 through 112 will be Texans bench

But I don’t think that there are really home and road sides in nfl stadiums as much as in college and high school from a fan perspective.
