  1. Legit came all the way from the game to post this I need to know what the hell is on his shoulder

  2. I had the same thought. But it’s a really stupid spot to put something sticky, the only way to touch it would be blatantly obvious. Maybe some kind of hair product and he was sitting awkwardly in the pen?

  3. Worst place in the world he could put a foreign substance if that’s what it was. Would have to take off his glove each pitch just to re-stick.

  4. Just looks wet to me especially up close like that. It looks like it goes all the way down his jersey

Edit: looking again, he has something on his shoulder that’s under his jersey that’s making his jersey wet. If you look at his shoulder there is clearly a “ledge” at the seam of his jersey where it drops unnaturally.

  5. Cabrera is a lefty so this makes even less sense if it’s supposed to be a foreign substance, he couldn’t even reach it with his pitching hand if he wanted to. I’m not saying it’s not a foreign substance, but one would think at the very least it would be on his right shoulder so he could reach over and touch it if he had to?

  6. Yeah, Romano has the same thing on the other side of his jersey, looks more like Cheeto dust though, I mean he’s not reaching back there during AB’s so I doubt it’s illegal or by then he would have been caught.

  7. People are missing the forest for the trees. If he needs that much crap to throw one inning…might be indication that he is battling soreness.

  8. i’ve seen that on his jersey every time he comes into a game, like others have said it’s probably icy hot or something of that nature!

  9. Went to one of the games against the Phillies last week and he had it in the same spot only it was with the white home jerseys. The patch was brownish and Yimi had one as well but on his side.
