Edit: looking again, he has something on his shoulder that’s under his jersey that’s making his jersey wet. If you look at his shoulder there is clearly a “ledge” at the seam of his jersey where it drops unnaturally.

Cabrera is a lefty so this makes even less sense if it’s supposed to be a foreign substance, he couldn’t even reach it with his pitching hand if he wanted to. I’m not saying it’s not a foreign substance, but one would think at the very least it would be on his right shoulder so he could reach over and touch it if he had to?
